A major downside of being a part-time REALTOR is that many large (national) chains are unwilling to take you on, and, if they do, they charge you desk fees and offer you terrible commission splits' of 40%, 50% 60% making it impossible for you to make any money.

Our company offers highly competitive commission splits of 70-80 percent for part-time agents and up to 90% for full time agents.
We do not charge any desk fees or require desk hours like some companies. In addition we offer education course reimbursement and discounts, marketing discounts, technology incentives and more.
With our unique strategy, agents are given freedom and flexibility to be their own agent. Our agents are given a higher percentage of their commission and the opportunity to receive bonus commissions for transactions closed by any agent they have helped recruit.
